Role Description We are seeking a full-time Field Specialist for an on-site position based in Chennai. The Field Specialist will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, conducting troubleshooting to resolve technical issues, delivering product training, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will gather insights to enhance processes and facilitate the effective implementation of AXIVIS™ solutions in client settings. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and solve complex challenges Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse clients and stakeholders Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in real-world scenarios Experience in customer service and delivering client-focused solutions to build strong relationships Ability to conduct training sessions to ensure effective use and understanding of the platform Technical aptitude and familiarity with AI, diagnostics, or healthcare technology are an advantage Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is preferred
