Field Services Engineer

Job Description

Company: A Large Global Organization Key Skills: Field Service, Networking Roles and Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote technical support for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical devices and systems. Ensure proper configuration of networking, EHR/EMR systems, and DICOM communication. Address customer concerns related to security, privacy, and data integrity in healthcare environments. Document service activities, technical issues, and resolutions in compliance with SOPs and STPs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions and share best practices. Support customer agreements through proactive communication and high service standards. Maintain and manage service tools, equipment, and documentation as per regulatory guidelines. Adhere to company processes, quality standards, and safety protocols. Skills Required: 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Medical Devices industry. Proven decision-making and leadership capabilities in customer-facing roles. Experience working independently and remotely. Ability to lift and carry field service toolkits as per equipment requirements. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Education: Associate Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, IT, or equivalent. Equivalent years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Show more Show less
