Field Service Engineer

In order to further expand our market position, we are looking for someone to strengthen our team. Responsibilities: Conduct installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines specializing in Punching and Bending. Providing quality technical support to customers for a high level of customer satisfaction performing the diagnosis and troubleshooting of breakdowns, and technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients. Provide comprehensive training to customers on machine operation and maintenance best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction. Document service activities, including reports on findings, recommendations, and solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Polytechnic in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in servicing relevant CNC machines. Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams. Flexibility to adapt to different situations and changing working conditions. Travel up to 100%, travel includes regional and national all over India.
