Job Description

Job Summary:GoLive eTechnologies is seeking a skilled and dependable Technician (Field & AMC) to handle on-site installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of Audio-Visual (AV), Video Conferencing (VC), Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs), Commercial Displays, and IT equipment. The role involves client visits, system testing, issue resolution, and support under AMC contracts. Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and test AV, VC, Display, and IFP solutions at client sites. Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware and connectivity issues. Perform routine preventive maintenance and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV cabling, video/audio signal flow, and display configurations. Coordinate with the Team Leader for deployment schedules, spare parts, and customer communication. Maintain installation/service reports and submit documentation after each visit. Train clients on basic product operations and safety usage. Maintain toolkits, spares inventory, and cleanliness of workspaces. Requirements:ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or similar. 1–4 years of experience in AV/IT hardware installation or field service support. Hands-on knowledge of cabling (HDMI, VGA, LAN), display mounting, video conferencing systems, and basic networking. Strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel to client sites regularly.
