Job Description

GoLive eTechnologies is hiring a goal-oriented and energetic Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales in Audio-Visual, Video Conferencing, and IT solutions. This role involves meeting clients, giving product demos, closing sales, and maintaining relationships. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, confident in communication, and experienced in field-based sales. Key Responsibilities:Identify and visit potential customers (corporate, education, government, etc.) to promote AV/VC/IT products. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings at client locations. Follow up on leads generated by the inside sales and marketing team. Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist in negotiation and deal closure. Build strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report daily activities to the Team Leader. Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends. Requirements:Graduate in any stream; technical background is a plus. 2–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in AV, VC, IT hardware, or electronics. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a willingness to travel locally. Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic quotation preparation.
