GoLive eTechnologies is hiring a goal-oriented and energetic Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales in Audio-Visual, Video Conferencing, and IT solutions. This role involves meeting clients, giving product demos, closing sales, and maintaining relationships. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, confident in communication, and experienced in field-based sales. Key Responsibilities:Identify and visit potential customers (corporate, education, government, etc.) to promote AV/VC/IT products. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and meetings at client locations. Follow up on leads generated by the inside sales and marketing team. Prepare proposals, quotations, and assist in negotiation and deal closure. Build strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report daily activities to the Team Leader. Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends. Requirements:Graduate in any stream; technical background is a plus. 2–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in AV, VC, IT hardware, or electronics. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a willingness to travel locally. Knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic quotation preparation. GoLive eTechnologies is looking for a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join its sales team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, preparing quotations, and closely coordinating with the field sales and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have a flair for communication, good product knowledge, and strong follow-up skills. Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Make outbound calls to prospective customers for lead generation. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable AV/VC/IT solutions. Prepare and send quotations, product information, and follow up for closures. Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems regularly. Coordinate with field sales, technical, and logistics teams for smooth order processing. Track and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion ratios. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for future sales. Participate in webinars, product trainings, and team sales meetings. Requirements:Graduate in any discipline; Diploma or certification in Sales/Marketing preferred. 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or telecalling, preferably in IT/AV/VC domain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and email etiquette. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle objections tactfully.
