Field Sales Trainer

Role Overview: As a Freelance Field Sales Trainer at indiagold, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs for the sales team. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience (3+ years) in field sales training, preferably in financial services or a related industry. - Fluent in Hindi and Marathi (additional languages are a plus). - Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer acquisition strategies, and team motivation. - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups. - Willingness to travel to multiple locations to conduct training sessions. - Ability to work independently and manage training schedules effectively.
