Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Field Sales Trainer at Mercury Solutions Limited. The Field Sales Trainer will be responsible for training and coaching sales teams, as well as developing and implementing sales training programs. The trainer will provide medical sales training to sales staff implementing sales strategies and will help to increase our customers’ sales proficiency.

Qualifications

Experience creating and designing sales training on the field
Experience in sales training, coaching, and sales
Experience in telecom sales is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with technology products/vendors is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Passion for training and mentoring others to excel in the sales profession
