Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the aesthetics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying clients by effectively communicating the benefits of our aesthetic treatments, building strong relationships, and guiding clients through the decision-making process. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management & Conversion: Follow up promptly on all incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-ins. Convert warm leads into consultations and treatments by understanding client needs and recommending appropriate services. Maintain a high conversion rate by nurturing leads through personalized engagement. Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Upsell and cross-sell treatments, packages, and skincare products. Create and present customized treatment plans based on client concerns. Client Relationship Management: Build trust and rapport with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Ensure all client queries are handled promptly and professionally. Maintain follow-up with clients for future appointments, renewals, and feedback. Operational Support: Maintain accurate records of lead status and sales activity in the CRM. Work closely with the marketing and operations team to optimize the client journey. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance. Key Requirements: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or client servicing, preferably in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of skincare/aesthetic treatments (HydraFacial, laser, peels, etc.) is a plus. Customer-centric with a consultative selling approach. Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Preferred Qualities: Presentable and well-groomed, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. High emotional intelligence and empathy to understand client needs. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
