Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct, in-person interactions with clients in your assigned territory. You will serve as the face of the company, promoting our products/services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients and prospects within an assigned geographic area to promote and sell products/services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet sales targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-field prospecting
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and territory updates to management
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, support) to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, outside sales, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable with travel within assigned territory
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., FMCG, B2B tech, pharmaceuticals, etc.]
  • Familiarity with territory management and route planning tools
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (if applicable to the market)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
