Field Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and confident Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role involves actively engaging with customers face-to-face, generating leads, closing deals, and building strong relationships to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent people skills and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients and prospects in your assigned area to present and promote products or services
• Generate new business opportunities through cold visits, referrals, and local networking
• Build and maintain a strong customer base through regular follow-ups and excellent service
• Conduct product demonstrations, handle objections, and close sales efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a field-based or direct sales role
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong self-management and time organization skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different customer environments
• High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory
• Proficient in using smartphones, tablets, and CRM or sales tracking tools

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
