Position Overview

Field Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
Conduct in-person client meetings to present and promote the companys products and services.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless post-sales experience.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:
05 years in field sales or a similar role.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
A proactive and customer-centric mindset.
