Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers and prospects in the assigned territory to promote and sell products.
• Flexible for field work outside Mumbai in India.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research & networking.
• Responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face meetings and field visits.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiate contracts or pricing.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Report regularly on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales and product management) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other relevant industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven 3 years of experience as a field sales representative, outside sales rep, or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.

• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Work Environment

• Primarily field-based with regular travel to client locations.
• Occasional office meetings and reporting requirements.
• May involve standing, walking, and carrying product samples or promotional materials.

Compensation

• Base salary plus commission and/or bonus structure.
• Travel & accommodation expense reimbursement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
