About Aroha

Aroha is a practice management platform built for mental health practitioners streamlining daily clinic workflows and improving the client experience.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

Visit mental health therapists/clinics across the city to introduce Aroha and build relationships with providers and front-desk staff.
Generate and qualify leads by identifying the right decision-maker, mapping clinic needs, and collecting key details (practice size, current tools, pain points).
Conduct in-person product demos and explain how Aroha fits the clinic’s workflow.
Handle objections, follow up consistently, and close conversions (trial → paid, or direct sign-up depending on the offer).
Maintain a clean pipeline in a CRM/Google Sheet: visits, notes, next steps, and weekly activity reports.
Coordinate with the core team to improve messaging based on field feedback and competitor insights.

Requirements

Strong spoken communication and confidence in meeting professionals face-to-face.
Comfort with “cold” outreach / walking into clinics and asking for the right person.
Basic tech comfort (smartphone, WhatsApp, Google Sheets/CRM).
Willingness to travel locally and work in the field most days

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
