Job Description

  • Lead the GSOC shift, collaborating with other Googlers to enhance effectiveness.
  • Assist in developing GSOC processes and procedures.
  • Manage incident response and crisis management during shifts, handling smaller incidents and supporting the wider emergencies.
  • Ensure quality control of all items created on a shift, including report writing, verbal briefings, standardization, and customer service.
  • Maintain the team schedule and ensure adequate coverage.
  • Develop innovative security strategies and investigate breaches.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence, or a military role.
  • Experience in a dynamic organization.
  • Knowledge of security operations delivering high-quality, customer-oriented programs.
  • Understanding of global geopolitical trends and emerging threats.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with high ethical standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong people, critical thinking, and decision-making skills with the ability to take initiative and build cross-functional relationships.
