Job Description

Lead the GSOC shift, collaborating with other Googlers to enhance effectiveness.
Assist in developing GSOC processes and procedures.
Manage incident response and crisis management during shifts, handling smaller incidents and supporting the wider emergencies.
Ensure quality control of all items created on a shift, including report writing, verbal briefings, standardization, and customer service.
Maintain the team schedule and ensure adequate coverage.
Develop innovative security strategies and investigate breaches.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in law enforcement, intelligence, or a military role.
Experience in a dynamic organization.
Knowledge of security operations delivering high-quality, customer-oriented programs.
Understanding of global geopolitical trends and emerging threats.
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with high ethical standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong people, critical thinking, and decision-making skills with the ability to take initiative and build cross-functional relationships.
