Job Description

Facilitate KYC directly with customers on behalf of Institutional Relationship teams and Product partners.
Ensure and own KYC delivery, taking responsibility for ultimate ownership and delivery.
Provide a customer-centric approach that minimizes effort and rework, improving the client experience in the KYC process.
Explain ANZ's increasing policy requirements for AML-CTF and KYC to existing customers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive 100% KYC Compliance.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Job Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence.
Experience dealing with people at all levels, both internally and externally, is essential.
Sound business judgment and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Strong relationship building and networking skills are vital.
In-depth understanding of Institutional KYC (AML/CTF legislation) and its application within the banking/financial services industry is expected.
Understanding and application of key banking systems such as GOLDTIER, CACHE, ORION, MIDANZ, DSD, etc., are needed.
Strong computer literacy experience working with KYC/AML/CTF technology platforms is preferred.
An inquiring mindset to probe, ask questions, investigate anomalies, and move through the process to resolution is important.
