Job Description

As a Field Sales officer, your role will involve conducting field visits to potential and existing customers in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for generating leads and converting prospects into customers through face-to-face meetings. Your key responsibilities will include presenting product/service offerings to clients, negotiating deals, and maintaining regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, you will be expected to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, prepare daily sales reports, maintain customer database, coordinate with the sales team and management for strategy implementation, participate in local market events and promotional activities, and collect market intelligence and competitor information. Qualifications required for this role include 1-2 years of experience in field sales or related sales roles, basic English communication skills, local language proficiency in Tamil, possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license, willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, being goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills, and being self-motivated and able to work independently. Preferred skills for this position include previous experience in B2B or B2C sales, knowledge of the local Krishnagiri market, computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software), and strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company expects you to work full-time at the Krishnagiri location in person.,
