Job Description

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and acquire new SME business clients.
Manage and grow existing accounts through regular engagement and renewals.
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and customized solution presentations.
Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

1 to 4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Field Sales.
Prior experience in Recruitment Solutions, Digital Media, Classifieds, or SaaS-based sales preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong relationship-building and account management abilities.
Good understanding of SME customer needs and buying behavior.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Highly motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.

Education:

Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
