About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new SME business clients.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through regular engagement and renewals.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and customized solution presentations.
  • Generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Field Sales.
  • Prior experience in Recruitment Solutions, Digital Media, Classifieds, or SaaS-based sales preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and account management abilities.
  • Good understanding of SME customer needs and buying behavior.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Highly motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.

Education:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.

Job Overview
