We are a fast-growing EdTech company offering career-focused training programs in [Full Stack Development / Data Science/Data Analyst/Digital Marketing, etc.]. Our mission is to bridge the gap between education and industry by empowering students with practical, job-ready skills.
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Field Sales Manager who can build strong institutional networks, conduct impactful seminars, and drive admissions through direct engagement with colleges.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions in colleges to promote our EdTech programs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with principals, placement officers, and college management.
Generate leads and convert them into student enrollments through offline campaigns and events.
Strategize and execute college-level marketing initiatives to create brand presence.
Manage a team of field executives/promoters and guide them to achieve sales targets.
Maintain a strong network of college contacts for continuous engagement.
Collaborate with the internal marketing team for event collaterals and promotional activities.
Track, analyze, and report event outcomes, leads generated, and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred).
3–6 years’ experience in institutional sales, field sales, or education industry.
Proven success in conducting seminars or workshops in colleges.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong network across colleges/universities is a must.
Ability to work independently and meet enrollment targets.
Willingness to travel extensively for college visits and events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
