Job descriptionRequirement:* A relevant B.Tech, B.E, Diploma or ITI degree or certification in electronics engineering, or arelated field is preferred.* Prior experience in Fitness Equipment service would be advantageous* Minimum 1 year of experience in Fitness equipment maintenance & Servicing or as a FieldRole & responsibilities* Candidate is responsible for providing onsite service and support of fitness equipment tocustomers.* Manages service report in a timely and effective manner.* Identifies problems and takes appropriate corrective action.* Prepares service reports for each service, necessary documentation and updates in the system.

Role & responsibilities 1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through physical cold calling, networking, and social media.3. Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs.4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.5. Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.6. Negotiate and conclude the orders.7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.9. Willingness to travel extensively.10. Servicing its current accounts Preferred candidate profile MBA in Sales or Marketing, with B2C, Direct sales exp.Minimum Experience: Mandatory experience of Field sales 2 - 3 Years.Should be from Fitness Industry.Individual Contributor role.Target based Job.Extensive Travelling.Note: Base location will be city but candidate will be responsible to handle the entire state.
