Location: Delhi/NCR Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 5+ years in FMCG or cosmetics sales (field-based) Reporting To: Regional Sales Manager About the Company:We are a fast-growing cosmetics and personal care brand committed to delivering high-quality, innovative beauty products. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and market expansion, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our on-ground sales efforts and strengthen our retail footprint. Job Summary:The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory through channel expansion, distributor/dealer management. This role requires extensive fieldwork, and relationship management to meet revenue and growth targets. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned region. Appoint, manage, and develop distributors partners. Ensure the proper execution of trade and marketing schemes. Conduct market visits to gather real-time feedback and competitor insights. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share actionable insights. Drive new product launches through training and retail push strategies. Handle customer issues and channel partner queries effectively. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 1. Sales PerformanceAchievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets (Value & Volume). Growth rate of sales vs previous periods and YOY growth. Sales per outlet/store (average). 2. Distribution & CoverageNumber of new outlets/distributors added. Outlet coverage ratio (visited vs planned). Weighted and numeric distribution of products in the assigned area. Availability of key SKUs across top outlets. 3. Customer Relationship & RetentionDistributor satisfaction index (feedback scores). Repeat orders and frequency from key retailers. Resolution time for partner/retailer issues. 4. Operational Efficiency Inventory health at distributor level Claim settlements and credit control efficiency. Accuracy and timeliness in reporting. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5+ years of experience in field sales (preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or personal care industry). Proven track record of managing sales teams and distributors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Willingness to travel extensively.
