Field Sales Executive

2-wheelers into electric/hybrid at scale, offering affordable and sustainable mobility solutions. With 500+ vehicles already on-road and growing monthly demand (75+ vehicles in Bengaluru), the company is aggressively expanding across Karnataka and other states.

Role Overview

We are seeking ambitious, target-driven Field Sales Executives to drive customer acquisition, market penetration, and brand visibility.

You’ll manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation to closing sales and after-sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.

Explain product benefits to individuals, businesses, and fleet operators. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale support.

Collect market intelligence, competitor updates, and customer feedback.

Represent the company at exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.

Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare daily/weekly reports.

Candidate Profile

Age: 22–36 years.

Education: 12th passout

Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (Automotive, BFSI, Telecom, or EV sector preferred).

Strong communication: Kannada & Hindi required; English preferred.

Must own a two-wheeler with valid license.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field travel.

Grooming and presentation suitable for high-value product sales.

CRM/software knowledge preferred.
