Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Sales to join our team at Thave Enterprises. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹18000 - ₹35000 + Petrol Allowance + Incentives along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients through field visits, referrals, and local market research. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Actively close deals through effective communication and negotiation. Present and explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers. Conduct demonstrations to showcase product value. Gather insights on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences. Report findings to the management team to improve sales strategies. Assist customers with order placement, delivery coordination, and issue resolution. Ensure customer retention and repeat business through regular follow-ups. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Share best practices and contribute to team growth. Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
