Job Description

We are expanding our regional sales teams and looking for passionate sales professionals eager to grow their careers in technical product sales.

Role Overview

Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Conduct customer visits, product demos, and presentations.
Participate in exhibitions, product training, and seminars.
Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
Any Bachelors degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc.); preference for
Printing/Packaging Technology
or
MBA (Marketing)
.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in
B2B/Industrial/Product Sales
, preferably in
Printing, Packaging, or Capital Equipment
.

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
Self-motivated and result-oriented
Proficient in MS Office
Willingness to travel extensively

Languages:
English, Hindi (preferred), and local language
Gender:
Male / Female.
