Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales in the field. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM tools.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.Attend industry events, exhibitions, or trade shows as required.

Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
