Job Title: Field Sales Executive Field Sales Executive Cables & Plastic Engineering Solutions Company: Metaplast Engineering LLP Job Summary: We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with a strong background in industrial product sales, preferably in cables or plastic engineering components. The role involves traveling to customer sites, developing new business, and managing client relationships in a designated territory. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular field visits to industrial clients, OEMs, and distributors. Generate new leads through cold visits , referrals, and site inquiries. Understand client requirements and provide suitable product recommendations from our cable and plastic solution portfolio. Give on-site product demos and presentations to technical and procurement teams. Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals and following up on quotations. Map territory to prioritize high-potential industrial areas and clients. Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer pain points during visits. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, logistics, and after-sales service. Maintain accurate records of visits, meetings, and pipeline updates. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in cables, plastic components, electrical, or industrial B2B sectors. Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Plastics preferred) or Business. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must be comfortable with daily travel and fieldwork. Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple client visits. Additional Info: Two-wheeler preferred for local travel. Incentives based on field performance and new client acquisition. Mobile and travel allowance provided.
