This role involves meeting potential clients, building relationships with schools, colleges, and students, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for the company’s EdTech products and services.   Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential customers through field visits, local networking, and referrals. 2. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos to promote company offerings (courses, learning platforms, career programs, etc.). 3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management. 4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, training partners, and students. 5. Generate leads through marketing activities, seminars, and partnerships. 6. Follow up on leads, handle customer queries, and ensure smooth enrollment processes. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools. 8. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team. 9. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery. 10. Represent the company at educational fairs, events, and promotional campaigns. Skills & Competencies: 1. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 2. Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for field sales. 3. Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively. 4. Good understanding of the education and EdTech market trends. 5. Excellent presentation and convincing skills. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Qualifications & Experience: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2. 2–5 years of experience in B2C or B2B field sales (preferably in EdTech, education, or training industry). 3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. 4. Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.
