Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive for IT Services to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales in the field. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through face-to-face interactions and relationship building.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and customer feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
