Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Executive located in South 24 Parganas, with some work from home acceptable. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, promoting and selling Paytm's financial products and services. The role includes conducting client meetings, product demonstrations, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Strong Communication, Persuasion, and Negotiation Skills
Ability to conduct Product Demonstrations and Presentations
Proficiency in using CRM and Sales Tracking Software
Result-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets
Basic understanding of financial products and mobile payments
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
