Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential buyers on-site, promoting property projects, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, well-presented, and passionate about real estate. Key Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on sales leads through field visits, calls, and referrals. Conduct site visits with prospective clients and present project details. Develop in-depth knowledge of real estate projects, pricing, and features. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals. Participate in real estate exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events. Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing team about market trends. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus. 13 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or related sectors. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven with a passion for fieldwork and meeting clients. Basic knowledge of real estate laws and market trends is a plus. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Must have a two-wheeler/four-wheeler and valid driving license. Preferred Traits: Good presentation skills and confident personality. Target-oriented mindset.
