Sales Reporting: Preparing and submitting regular sales reports and forecasts to management, including details on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating contracts, handling objections, and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain positive customer relationships. Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
