Duties & Responsibilities:

• Visit prospective and existing clients to promote IT & networking solutions and products.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Meet and achieve assigned sales targets on time.
• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.
• Coordinate with the internal team for proposals, quotations, and after-sales support.
• Ensure that all client visits, sales inquiries, and reports are accurately documented.
• Represent the company in client meetings, events, and promotional activities.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and market competitors.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates (any stream) and diploma holders are also welcome.
• Strong communication skills in Malayalam and basic English

• The candidate must possess a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.

• Willingness to travel for client visits.
• Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
• Basic smartphone usage and familiarity with apps (CRM training will be provided)
