Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of IT products and solutions designed to boost productivity for business owners and organizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new B2B opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue growth. Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage with potential business clients across industries who can benefit from IT productivity tools. Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points, demonstrate how our IT products can optimize their operations, and position solutions to deliver measurable ROI. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing consultative support and after-sales assistance. Sales Strategy & Execution: Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies to effectively position products in the market. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions to customers. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of IT solutions, SaaS products, or productivity software. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with B2B decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, IT Managers, Business Owners). Proven ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer success. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 2–5 years of B2B sales experience in IT solutions, SaaS, software, or related domains. Experience in solution-based selling and handling enterprise clients is preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
