Role Overview: As a Field Sales Executive at Earth Bound Products Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in promoting our eco-friendly product range and expanding our market reach. Key Responsibilities: - Visit potential clients daily to showcase and sell our biodegradable and compostable product range. - Identify and approach new customers to expand our market presence. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and industrial clients. - Meet monthly sales targets and report on daily sales activities and accomplishments. - Educate customers about the benefits of eco-friendly alternatives. - Gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to enhance our sales strategy. - Enhance Earth Bound's brand visibility and reputation in the local market. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, packaging, or related industries. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-driven, confident, and comfortable working independently in the field. - Must possess a bike and a valid driving license for travel. - Willingness to travel extensively and undergo company training on eco-friendly packaging products.
