Job Description

SUMMARY

Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our esteemed plywood manufacturing and supply company, a market leader in providing high-quality plywood sheets, laminate sheets, flush doors, fibreboard, and veneer sheets in diverse designs and price points. This role is centered on building strong relationships with architect and interior design professionals through strategic outreach via our company’s dedicated database and personal networks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, tech-savvy, and committed to field-based sales, with a focus on converting client meetings into successful sales. The position offers a rewarding opportunity for fresh graduates and experienced professionals alike to grow within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Engage with architects and interior designers through in-person meetings and follow - ups.
Understand client needs, project timelines, and annual design projections.
Present and pitch our range of products effectively to drive sales conversions.
Leverage both company-aided databases and personal sourcing networks to expand client reach.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress using digital tools.
Travel regularly to client locations and remain available for extended on-field work.
Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a strong work ethic in a non-hybrid, field-centric role.

Requirements

Requirements:

English - speaking proficiency with English-medium education from Class 1 to 10.
Valid two-wheeler license and access to a personal two - wheeler.
Proficient in handling mobile devices and navigating social media platforms and mobile applications.
Strong analytical thinking and logical problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work full-time in field-based roles, including 8 9 hours per day, outside of home office settings.
Fresh graduates are welcome; prior field sales experience (1+ year) is preferred but not mandatory.
Self - motivated, responsible, and capable of managing tasks independently.
