Eva Bharat is a fast-growing DOOH (Digital Outdoor Advertising) company transforming how brands connect with audiences through high-impact digital screens and data-driven outdoor solutions. We are rapidly expanding across India and building a strong on-ground sales team to accelerate market presence and revenue growth.


Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and driving on-ground sales. If you understand the power of brand visibility and thrive in a fast-paced field environment, this role is a great fit.


Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, local businesses, agencies, and market clusters

• Explain Eva Bharat’s digital advertising solutions clearly and persuasively

• Conduct regular field visits and build strong local business relationships

• Gather market insights, competitor data, and location-based opportunities

• Manage end-to-end sales cycles: pitching, negotiation, and closing

• Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and campaign execution

• Maintain accurate daily sales reports, visit logs, and revenue tracking

• Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets


Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in field sales, retail partnerships, or business acquisition

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High energy, result-driven, and comfortable with on-ground client visits

• Understanding of advertising or local business environments is a plus

• Ability to work independently and plan field activities effectively

• Self-motivated and disciplined; startup experience is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates
