Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and representing our fire safety and surveillance product portfolio across the region. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential clients across various industries. Generate leads, conduct client meetings, present solutions, and close sales deals to achieve targets. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities. Coordinate with technical, operations, and support teams to ensure timely delivery of products and seamless customer experience. Prepare accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance summaries for senior management. Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients and provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications & Requirements 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (Fire Safety, Security Systems, or Technical Sales preferred). Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree; MBA in Marketing is an added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with fieldwork. Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and business development activities.
