Technical Assistant

We are seeking a Technical Assistant to join our Technical Department. The role involves the installation, servicing, and maintenance of Fire Safety, CCTV, and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems at both residential and commercial sites. Key Responsibilities ·        Install, inspect, and maintain Fire Safety, CCTV, and ELV systems. ·        Respond to customer service calls and troubleshoot technical issues. ·        Conduct safety checks, testing, and system calibration in line with compliance standards. ·        Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of installations and maintenance. ·        Assist with site surveys and support in technical assessments. ·        Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. ·        Adhere to safety protocols, BIS/ISI standards, and industry regulations. Qualifications & Requirements·         Minimum 2 years of experience in fire safety, surveillance, or ELV systems. ·        Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field. ·        Familiarity with fire safety norms, BIS/ISI standards, and surveillance systems. ·        Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams. ·        Strong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills. ·        Willingness to travel for fieldwork and client site visits. Preferred Skills (Optional)·         Certification in Fire Safety, CCTV, or ELV systems. ·        Hands-on experience with IP camera systems and network-based surveillance. ·        Knowledge of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) procedures. Work Schedule·        Full-time(On-site) Monday –Saturday | 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
