Job Title: Operations & Product Testing Associate (Smart Door Locks)Location: Pune Company: iPlug India Website: ipugindia.com Job Summary:We are a growing smart door lock brand looking for a responsible and hardworking candidate who can manage product testing, packing, basic logistics, and occasional delivery within Pune. The role will be based in our Pune office. Key Responsibilities:1. Product Testing (Smart Door Locks)Test each smart lock before dispatch Check battery performance, fingerprint sensor, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connectivity Ensure all functions (PIN, RFID, App, Mechanical key) are working Maintain testing reports and update QC checklist 2. Packaging WorkPack products as per company standards Ensure all accessories, manuals, and screws are included Label the boxes properly Maintain inventory of packing material 3. Logistics & DispatchCoordinate with courier partners Prepare invoices / shipment labels Update dispatch details in system Track shipments and resolve logistics issues 4. Delivery (Only within Pune when required)Deliver urgent orders or replacement units to customers Collect customer signatures / proof of delivery
