Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Chennai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with farmers and buyers, and promoting the company's agricultural products and services. The Field Sales Executive will manage the sales process, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. Regular market research and feedback collection will be essential for understanding customer needs and improving service offerings.

Qualifications

Min 3+ years of experience in FMCG / F&V/ Agri commodities sales
Sales, Negotiation, and Business Development skills
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Relationship-building skills
Knowledge of the agriculture industry and experience working with farmers or agricultural produce
Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze customer needs
Proficiency in Local Languages (Tamil and English preferred)
Willingness to travel extensively to rural and urban areas
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Previous experience in a field sales role is an advantage
