Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, meeting with potential clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting our products/services. This role requires frequent travel within Gujarat and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development
:

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Visit potential customers and demonstrate product/service offerings.
Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated area.

Customer Relationship Management
:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Market Research and Analysis
:

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
Gather and analyze competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.

Reporting and Documentation
:

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Collaboration
:

Work closely with the internal sales team, marketing team, and management to align sales strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in local languages (Gujarati, Hindi) and English.
