Field Sales Executive – Compliance & Risk Management

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities in compliance and risk management services.
• Meet clients in the field to present solutions such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC, GDPR, HIPAA, and VAPT.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, CISOs, compliance officers, and procurement teams.
• Understand client requirements and align them with regulatory standards and company offerings.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while ensuring ethical sales practices.
• Collaborate with internal compliance and technical teams to design client-focused solutions.
• Stay updated on compliance regulations, risk management trends, and competitor offerings.
• Submit accurate sales forecasts, client feedback, and market insights to management.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in IT, compliance, or cybersecurity services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and explain compliance-related services to clients.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• High ethical standards and ability to represent the company with integrity.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development.
• Basic understanding of compliance frameworks like PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, or SOC is a plus.
