Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and providing appropriate technical solutions. You will conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs. Your role will also involve participating in conferences and exhibitions, closing deals, handling complaints and objections, and gathering feedback from customers about products to share with the internal team. Collaboration with team members to achieve better results is a key aspect of this role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in electrical product sales, especially in the wires and cables industry. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions - Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs - Participate in conferences and exhibitions - Close deals and handle complaints and objections - Gather feedback from customers and share with the internal team - Collaborate with team members for better results Qualifications Required: - Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Industry - Experience in Electrical Product Sales, particularly in the Wires and Cables industry - Experience in the Cable/Wire industry is preferable Additional Company Details: The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, provident fund, yearly bonus. The work schedule includes day and morning shifts, and proficiency in English and Hindi languages is required. The work location is in person.
