Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven Field Sales Executive to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and build lasting client relationships. The role involves on-field visits, market research, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
• Generate new business and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collect market insights and competitor updates to support business strategy.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM records daily.

Requirements:

• 0–6 months of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
• Experience in courier, logistics, or supply chain services will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude toward rejection.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office or CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
