Field Sales Executive

As a Field Sales Executive at A-Tec Tools, your main role will be to drive growth in the client base by using your expertise in B2B sales and business development. You will be responsible for client relationship management, lead generation, and market research. If you possess cold calling experience, negotiation skills, and proficiency in spoken English, Hindi, and Punjabi, we are looking for you to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and visit potential industrial clients such as manufacturing units, forging plants, and OEMs. - Generate new leads through field visits, calls, and referrals. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. - Utilize effective negotiation tactics to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue. - Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales orders. - Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. - Achieve monthly sales and activity targets.
