Established in 2006, 3S Technologies is a leading dealer/wholesaler/supplier of high-security and safety solutions (safes, lockers, vault equipment, security equipments, note counting machines, vending machines, etc.).
We are the Authorised Dealer / Channel Partner for Godrej Enterprises Group, Atlantis & “Amazon/Atlantis” vending machines, among others.
We provide sales, consultation, after-sales service, installation, AMCs, and regular service/maintenance.
Job Purpose
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating enquiries and converting them into sales of Godrej Security & Vending product range. This includes safes, lockers, note counting machines, vending machines, etc. The role demands regular customer visits, follow-ups, meeting fixed monthly/annual target sales, and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect new customers and markets in and around Kolkata, and wider West Bengal, as assigned.
Generate enquiries by field visits to businesses, offices, jewellery shops, institutions, retail outlets, etc.
Present and demonstrate the product offerings, explain features and technical details, propose solutions based on customer needs.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, close deals.
Ensure delivery coordination, installation (if applicable), and handover with after-sales service.
Maintain and update customer database; follow up on leads, enquiries, and complaints.
Report on market trends, competitor activities, feedback from customers.
Participate in exhibitions, events or road-shows if required.
Work with internal teams (operations, service, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Attributes
Knowledge: Good understanding of product features in the security & safety domain (locks, safes, note counting, vending equipment) is a plus. Capacity to learn product technical specifications.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to build good relationships with customers.
Self-motivated, result oriented, able to work independently on field with minimal supervision.
“Hungry” mindset to find leads and follow-up persistently.
Good time management and ability to plan daily, weekly, monthly work.
Others:
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally (Kolkata, suburbs, neighbouring districts).
Familiarity with using mobile / tablet / laptop CRM tools / MS Office.
Ability to walk into shops, institutions; comfortable with field work.
Targets & Performance Metrics
Achieve monthly sales target and annual sales target — to be decided in accordance with products and territories.
Number of new customer meetings per week / month.
Enquiry to lead conversion ratio.
Timely follow-ups / customer satisfaction metrics.
Collection of payments / ensuring proper documentation.
