We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally software. The role will also involve handling various back office operations and customer inquiries, when required. We value punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain financial records. Use Tally ERP software for data entry, bookkeeping, GST, invoicing, and reconciliation. Assist with preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries. Maintain internal documentation, reports, and records efficiently. Handle general back office tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and administrative support. Attend to customer inquiries (in person, over phone or email) in a professional and courteous manner, when required. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of company data and financial records. Maintain punctuality and exhibit a positive, cooperative attitude with team members and customers. Requirements: Proven work experience in accounting or a similar role. Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory. Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other financial regulations is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali (as applicable). Must be punctual, disciplined, and well-behaved. Ability to take responsibility and work independently when needed. Education & Experience: Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years in a similar role (freshers with strong Tally skills may also apply).
