Job Description

STG Heating Private Limited, formerly known as Vinosha Services, is a pioneer in heating systems and technologies in India since 1984. We provide energy-efficient solutions to our customers to reduce their carbon footprint. With a vast and ever-increasing customer base, we pride ourselves on offering the best services post-purchase and prompt customer support with branch offices and service centers located throughout the country and abroad. Identify and generate new leads through cold calls and industrial area visits. Build a strong pipeline of potential customers in sectors like manufacturing, food processing, dairy, textiles, chemicals, automotive, R&D labs. Promote and sell heating technology products such as burners, hot water generators, and associated systems. Conduct site visits and basic technical discussions with maintenance/utility teams. Coordinate with internal application and service teams for solution design and post-sales support. Maintain regular follow-ups and achieve defined sales targets and conversion metrics. Represent the company at industry events or exhibitions as required. Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience, preferably in capital goods, HVAC, boilers, burners, or utility systems. Excellent skills in cold calling, lead generation, and field prospecting. Smart, proactive, and self-driven with strong communication skills. Willing to travel extensively within assigned regions. Technical qualification (Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred). Experience in handling industrial clients and working with utility/maintenance departments is an advantage. Preferred qualifications include a strong understanding of industrial heating applications, exposure to dairy, food, pharma, or process industries, and a confident, presentable, and target-driven personality.
