Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Sales Engineer, based in Chennai with some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, providing technical support and demonstrations of our software solutions, as well as conducting training sessions. The individual will also manage accounts, delivering exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and CAD/CAM skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Account Management skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the CNC or manufacturing industry is a plus
