Job Description

KRA Field Recruitment Recruiter (Sumeet SSG)

Position Fulfillment & Hiring Targets

Achieve monthly hiring closure targets for field roles (Driver, EMT, Pilot etc.)
Maintain hiring TAT within defined SLA (710 days)
Reduce vacancy ageing across all zones
Share daily/weekly recruitment trackers with HR & Ops

Manpower Pipeline & Sourcing Development

Maintain a continuous pipeline: minimum 2x of monthly demand
Develop new hiring channels in rural & urban clusters
Achieve walk-in to joining conversion as per target (60%)

Documentation & Compliance

Ensure 100% correct documentation before onboarding:

ID proofs, medical fitness, BGV, educational proof

Driving license verification (for drivers)

Support smooth onboarding & induction coordination

Stakeholder Coordination

Align manpower numbers daily with Operations (location wise)
Close escalations within 48 hours
Maintain positive relationship with field team & HR

Employer Branding in Field Market

Conduct minimum 2 field hiring branding activities per month
Promote Sumeet SSG jobs through local networks & WhatsApp groups

Reporting & MIS

Maintain real-time recruitment dashboard
Share pipeline status, ageing vacancies & attrition backfill status

Behavior & Work Ethics KPI

Maintain discipline in hiring practices
Zero complaints / misconduct in recruitment process
Follow SOPs / HR policies strictly
